We're looking for an experienced Marketing leader to build and oversee our digital and physical retail revenue strategy. Working closely with our in-house marketing team and agency support, we’re looking for someone to lead our growth and retention marketing. Our ideal candidate knows how to drive for results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create, oversee and maintain our holistic marketing strategy.
- Oversee and guide our e-commerce marketing strategy including: Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, Retention Marketing and Growth Marketing.
- Create a strategic roadmap and marketing calendar alongside our marketing team.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.
- Supervise marketing events and launches and coach team members for continual growth.
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
- Operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, continuously exploring new ways to improve day-to-day functions and their impact.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Experience building online marketing teams from the ground up.
- Managed large marketing budgets and teams to support high growth.
- Demonstrated ability to promote an environment of continuous improvement and rapid growth.
- Must be highly organized and process-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You know how to work cross-functionally with other departments, as well as manage your own team effectively.
Nice to have’s:
- Senior leadership experience in e-commerce marketing at a high growth direct-to-consumer brand.
- Experience in marketing to both online and in store.
