Role Overview:

Fable is seeking a talented Google Ads specialist with expertise in both execution and strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and possess strong critical thinking skills. This role will begin with a close collaboration with our senior manager of paid marketing, who will focus on SEM. Your contributions will directly impact Fable's revenue and broader business goals. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to explore and develop skills in other areas of digital marketing that interest you after the initial onboarding period. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager on overall e-commerce strategy and help communicate findings to key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • A wizard in Excel and Google Sheets, including calculations, pivot tables, and graph creation.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and contributing to team success.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Experience running ads across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with Bing/Yahoo Native and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Previous agency experience.
