As the Sr. Account Manager, you know how to drive team success. You are a strong team player with experience in financial services or account management – ideally both. You have a client-first approach and are a champion of communication and connecting with others. You take ownership of a project's entire life cycle, communicating and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that delivery is on time and executed with excellence. You understand that nothing gets done without a team of people, and you build strong relationships to drive successful outcomes. You know how to manage successful projects and win the trust of clients and prospects. You have sound decision-making skills and an ability to understand the strategy and business needs. At the same time, you are willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure that the work gets done.

Project Leadership

  • Lead complex client projects and campaigns end-to-end, with support from other team members and functional teams
  • Provide guidance to employees on effective project management, approving project plans, schedules, and budget inputs
  • Ensure projects are scoped accurately and delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality

Skills & Experience

  • 7 + years experience in financial services marketing and/or agency experience
  • Strong communications and presentations skills
  • Experience working with executives and building strong long-term relationships
  • Action-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial, self-driven attitude, who can effectively deal with responsibilities
  • Experienced managing digital marketing campaigns and developing on-line collateral including websites
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning - especially about the financial services industry
  • A strong focus on client service with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
