About ETC
Extreme Technology for Extreme Conditions. Since 2001, we’ve designed rugged control products for industrial operations, starting with a plunger lift controller made to handle the harsh Canadian climate. Today our Calgary team designs plunger lift controllers, sensors, solar panels, chemical injection controllers, and valve control products, and works with a network of suppliers and manufacturing partners to get them to customers. Everything we do is driven by one mission: to democratize industrial automation.
We’re a collaborative, practical team that adapts quickly and follows through on our commitments. We own our work, solve problems together, and focus on solutions that make a real difference.
We value contribution over titles. If something is broken, we fix it. If you have an idea, bring it forward.
