Project BasedSeasonalBritish Columbia

If you’re an adaptable, team player looking to extend your geoscience skills in mineral exploration, we want to hear from you.

Equity Exploration is a fast-growing consulting company with deep roots and broad experience in the mineral exploration community in Canada and the USA. Our projects span the mineral discovery life-cycle: from early-stage, greenfields surface projects to significant resource definition drilling programs in support of large-scale mining operations.

Since 1987, we have approached our work with fairness and honesty (our company name is no coincidence…) and a big part of this culture is actively mentoring and training our team members. At Equity we value teamwork, adaptability and integrity and strive to provide a safe and enjoyable work environment.

We are currently filling seasonal roles for Winter programs; however we will continue to fill roles for exploration work that takes place over spring, summer and fall in Canada and the USA.

Work in remote field camps is typical, with rotations of up to 28 days. Most positions require a certain level of physical fitness. Successful candidates are expected to be able to be able to lift 50 lbs and traverse uneven terrain. If you are unable to meet the physical requirements, you are still encouraged to apply and Equity will consider whether it can accommodate any physical limitations.
