Equity Exploration is a fast-growing consulting company with deep roots and broad experience in the mineral exploration community in Canada and the USA. For 35+ years, we’ve aligned our people and our processes to create a collaborative working environment that reinforces efficiency and emphasizes safety.

As a member of our team, you’ll work alongside and learn from a team of geologists with exploration experience from across 25 countries and different styles of mineralization. Our projects span the mineral discovery life-cycle: from early-stage, greenfields surface projects to significant resource definition drilling programs in support of large-scale mining operations. Since 1987, we have approached our work with fairness and honesty and a big part of this culture is actively mentoring and training our team members. At Equity we value teamwork, adaptability and integrity and strive to provide a safe and enjoyable work environment.

Most of our exploration work takes place over spring, summer and Autumn in Canada and the USA, but we are increasingly involved in winter projects that extend our season. Work in remote field camps is typical, with rotations of up to 28 days. Candidates may be required to traverse in rugged terrain and must have the ability to safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Respect of health and safety requirements is essential.
