Endor Health is a next-generation pharmacy and virtual care app. We are on a mission to modernize the way that 6 million Canadians with diabetes access drugs, devices, care, funding and support. We launched in 2024 inspired by our co-founder's own journey being diagnosed and living with type 1 diabetes.

We are hiring a full-time pharmacist to work out of our Edmonton pharmacy location that is in the process of opening to play a pivotal role in delivering care for our Alberta customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the pharmacy's licensee with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), holding the pharmacy licence and taking accountability for the pharmacy's operations, ensuring the pharmacy operates in full compliance with all applicable legislation, ACP Standards of Practice, and the Standards for the Operation of Licensed Pharmacies
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow design, dispensing operations, and service standards
  • Hire, train, schedule, and mentor team members as the pharmacy grows
  • Manage third-party billing operations, including private and provincial drug plan adjudication, claim rejections, and coverage troubleshooting
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication dispensing and counselling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans.
  • Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone
  • Oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and on time
  • Collaborate closely with the Endor Health technology and founding team to build a world-class online pharmacy experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a staff pharmacist or pharmacy manager
  • You excel working with multiple software platforms to deliver online care, including Kroll
  • Strong knowledge of third-party insurance adjudication, including private and provincial drug plans, resolving claim rejections, and troubleshooting coverage issues
  • You care deeply about providing a top-tier customer experience
  • You have, or want to build, deep expertise in type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients as well as the devices and drugs that they commonly use
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to get things done
  • You are excited by the idea of getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing organization
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy and partners

Key Requirements:

  • Must be registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy

Remuneration:

  • Starting at $50 per Hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.

Work Location:

  • In person at our Edmonton pharmacy, which is in the process of opening
