ABOUT ENDOR HEALTH

Endor Health is a Canadian health-tech company on a mission to modernize the way that 6 million Canadians with diabetes access drugs, devices, care, funding and support. We launched in 2024 inspired by our co-founder's own journey being diagnosed and living with type 1 diabetes. Learn more about us at www.endorhealth.com

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional operations role. You will be the connective tissue of the company — owning the day-to-day running of our pharmacy locations, our finances, our facilities, and our people operations, while tackling high-priority special projects alongside the CEO.

The right person for this role gets energy from closing loops. They are comfortable switching from a vendor negotiation to a hiring screen to a budget reconciliation in the same afternoon — and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

This is a rare opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales. You will have real ownership from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Pharmacy & Operational Leadership

  • Support our Pharmacy Managers on day-to-day operations across all Endor Health pharmacy locations
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become problems
  • Build and document processes and SOPs so the company can scale without chaos
  • Liaise with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth, compliant, patient-centered operations
  • Help with reporting, inventory management and optimization
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and partners to optimize financial and business outcomes

Facilities Management

  • Own relationships with landlords, property managers, and maintenance vendors
  • Ensure all locations are compliant, safe, and well-maintained
  • Manage leases, renewals, and any facility-related projects or build-outs

Finance & Payments

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  • Own the budgeting process for operational spend; flag variances and optimize costs
  • Coordinate with external accountants and ensure financial hygiene across the business
  • Support the CEO with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis

People Operations

  • Own the full transactional HR lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR records, manage employment documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Be a reliable, fair first point of contact for staff questions and workplace issues

Special Projects

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives that don’t fit neatly into any box
  • Drive projects from ambiguous start to concrete outcome
  • Be the person who raises their hand when something important needs owning

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • This is a hybrid / remote role. You don't have to report into any given location every day, but it's important that you are able to be present at our facilities with reasonable frequency
  • We are looking for candidates in the Greater Vancouver or Greater Toronto areas
  • Ability to travel to our facilities or parter sites from time to time

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4–8+ years of experience in operations, accounting, consulting, finance, or a similar high-breadth role at a startup or growth-stage company
  • Has knowledge and experience with managing the financial operations of a startup company
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you build the structure when there isn’t one
  • Low ego about the work — you will do things that don’t appear on a fancy job description, and you’re fine with that
  • Exceptionally organized and reliable; people describe you as the person who “never drops a ball”
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hybrid/remote work environment; you get to choose where you work most of the time
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Health/dental/vision benefits
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on the health and happiness of Canadians with chronic disease
  • Direct access to and partnership with the founding team
  • A genuine opportunity to shape how this company is built

If your career is defined by “I’ve always just been the person who figures it out” — we want to hear from you.
