What You’ll Do:

• Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, enter patient information into the pharmacy system, measure and fill prescriptions with high accuracy.
• Customer Service: Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping them to onboard, use and succeed with the Endor Health app.
• Operations: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and accurately.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check new inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols for handling medications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy practice setting
• Must be able to work in-person at our Surrey pharmacy location
• Must have valid authorization to work in British Columbia, Canada

Remuneration:

• Range of $20 to $25 per hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.

Work Location:

• In person at our partner pharmacy in Surrey, BC.
