We’re Looking For:

An energetic, purpose-driven On Stage Content Producer to help enhance and elevate our speaker and core content across all festival stages. We’re looking for someone to bring creative ideas to the forefront and see what sticks - whether it be an opening performance or an audience engagement moment, we are open to ideas on how we can make this the best festival yet! We aim to create surprise and delight moments that get people talking and we are looking for a creative self-starter to bring those moments to life. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! This role will also support the mentorship and supervision of a Video Producer, Writer & Graphic Designer.


  • Enhance and produce engaging content across 4 festival stages over 3 days
  • Create clear project plans and work back schedules while proactively managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee script, video, and visual elements of all core speaker segments
  • Ideate surprise and delight moments that can happen on and off stage (i.e. performances, audience engagement moments, etc.)
  • Work closely with the programming team once speakers have been confirmed to ideate and build out segment, ensuring they align to the theme and create relevant content
  • Work closely with speakers to understand all production needs
  • Work closely with the writers to ensure deadlines for speeches are met
  • Effectively communicate segment expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner


  • 2-3 years experience in live event production or related industry
  • Completed a post-secondary education in relevant area of study (i.e. communications, marketing, media production)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Experience working with Asana or another project management tool is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of large groups

  • Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work both independently and within team setting with minimal supervision
  • Superior organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage conflicting interests
  • Able to multi-task and manage wide-range of projects with varying and competing deadlines
  • Resourceful and proven ability to research ideas and concepts through efficient channels
