Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track project execution, from design to completion (including document management, cost control, risk management, sourcing of materials and labor, quality management and environmental compliance, follow-up of data sheets and shop drawings, approval of change orders, commissioning, as well as health and safety;
  • Negotiating and issuing subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitoring their progress, schedule and conducting subcontract buyout;
  • Prepare and manage the budget of the construction project;
  • Plan, prepare and track implementation schedules;
  • Work closely as part of the project management team to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of project;
  • Assist the management team in different related tasks;

Required professional experience:

  • Have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in the ICI construction industry;
  • Have excellent organization skills;
  • Have a sense of leadership, team spirit and collaboration;
  • Demonstrate professionalism and resourcefulness;

Required training:

  • Diploma in architectural or engineering;
  • To be perfectly bilingual (French and English) (spoken and written);
  • Have excellent capabilities of reading plans and specifications;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the software Procore (an asset);
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations of construction;
  • PMP and LEED accreditations are assets;
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle;
