Senior Project Manager - ICI Sectors

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track project execution, from design to completion (including document management, cost control, risk management, sourcing of materials and labor, quality management and environmental compliance, follow-up of data sheets and shop drawings, approval of change orders, commissioning, as well as health and safety;
- Negotiating and issuing subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitoring their progress, schedule and conducting subcontract buyout;
- Prepare and manage the budget of the construction project;
- Plan, prepare and track implementation schedules;
- Work closely as part of the project management team to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of project;
- Assist the management team in different related tasks;

Required professional experience:
- Have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in the ICI construction industry;
- Have excellent organization skills;
- Have a sense of leadership, team spirit and collaboration;
- Demonstrate professionalism and resourcefulness;
Required training:
- Diploma in architectural or engineering;
- To be perfectly bilingual (French and English) (spoken and written);
- Have excellent capabilities of reading plans and specifications;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Knowledge of the software Procore (an asset);
- Knowledge of laws and regulations of construction;
- PMP and LEED accreditations are assets;
- Valid driver's license and vehicle;
