Assistant Site Supervisor – Multi-Residential Projects

Eagleview Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Site Supervisor to support our expanding multi-residential construction division. 

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction leadership while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll work directly alongside our Site Supervisors and Project Management team to help keep projects organized, moving forward, and built to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Supporting daily site operations and coordination  
  • Assisting with scheduling trades, deliveries, and site logistics  
  • Helping to maintain project schedules and site organization  
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks  
  • Support site safety and cleanliness standards  
  • Complete daily reporting, progress tracking, and documentation  
  • Coordinate deficiencies and trade follow-ups  
  • Assist with general labour, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed  
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and inspectors  

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Previous residential or multi-residential construction experience  
  • Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the OBC 
  • Basic carpentry and framing knowledge  
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to stay hands-on  
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented  
  • Experience using Buildertrend (or other Construction Management Software’s) 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites both within and outside of Waterloo Region as required 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
