Eagleview Construction is looking for a detail-driven, organized, and business-minded Controller to join our growing team.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for:

· Owning the financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, year-end)

· Managing job costing and project financial performance

· Leading cash flow forecasting and financial planning

· Building and improving financial systems and processes

· Supporting leadership with clear, actionable financial insights

· Overseeing bookkeeping and finance team functions

This role works closely with the President and leadership team and is critical to building a strong, scalable financial foundation for Eagleview.

In this role you will:

· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

· Lead monthly close processes and ensure clean, audit-ready books

· Oversee job costing systems and ensure alignment between Buildertrend and QuickBooks

· Work with Project teams to track budgets, identify variances, and improve forecasting

· Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital

· Develop and implement financial processes, controls, and reporting systems

· Lead and support bookkeeping/AP/AR functions

· Coordinate with external accountants for year-end and tax requirements

· Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years experience in accounting or finance (construction or job-costing experience strongly preferred)

· CPA designation (or working toward) is an asset

· Strong understanding of project-based accounting and financial reporting

· Experience with QuickBooks Online (Buildertrend experience a bonus)

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

· Strong communicator who can translate numbers into clear insights

· Systems thinker who enjoys improving processes and building structure

· Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
