What you’ll do:

We are on the lookout for a CS Specialist who is ready for a challenge, eager to drive our function forward, and whose ideas will help shape who we are.

You will be the first point of contact for our incredible customers, providing lightning-fast & exceptional support through chat, phone, email, and video platforms. Your mission is to deliver stellar service and ensure that our customers feel valued and heard.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that our customers are creating beautiful websites that drive growth and success. Your expertise will help guide customers through the process of building and refining their sites, ensuring they are optimized for their business goals.
  • Onboard new customers onto the Durable platform, helping them get started quickly and effectively, and setting them up for long-term success.
  • Dive into action; responding to customer inquiries and issues across various communication channels.
  • Be the beacon of knowledge, offering guidance and solutions on our products and services, with speed and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns; ensuring they leave satisfied and happy.
  • Keep track of your interactions with customers, ensuring that every detail is noted down so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams and tackle any challenge that comes your way.
  • Set your sights on achieving and surpassing performance goals.
  • Be a part of the team that delivers engaging webinars that showcase Durable's products and services, educate and captivate our online audiences.
  • Leverage your passion for design and your keen eye for detail to help customers create websites that are not only functional but visually stunning.
  • Bring your innovative ideas to the table. Your input will be valued, and your contributions will help shape the future of our customer service function.

Requirements:

  • A year or two of experience in a similar or related role would be awesome!
  • Expertise with Intercom and Stripe would be a huge bonus!
  • Experience working with AI or website development platforms.
  • Open to candidates who will work on PST.

The annual salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $75,000 CAD + benefits.
