Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year with additional incentive pay based on lease‑signing volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination

• You’ll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
• Showcase our properties with pride, highlighting their unique features and amenities.

Tenant Relations and Leasing

• Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; it’s about building relationships. You’ll assist prospective tenants, collect application documents, and guide them through the leasing process.

Product Knowledge Mastery

• Become an expert! Know our properties inside out – from floor plans to community amenities.
• Stay informed about major competitors’ offerings.

Additional Requirement

• Access to a Car: Given the nature of the role, having access to a car is essential. You’ll need to travel between properties and assist with various tasks.

Hours of Work: 11:00am - 7:00pm; Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday based on operational needs. Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory for this role.
