Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination:

• You’ll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
• Showcase our properties with pride, highlighting their unique features and amenities.

Tenant Relations and Leasing:

• Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; it’s about building relationships. You’ll assist prospective tenants, collect application documents, and guide them through the leasing process.

Product Knowledge Mastery:

• Become an expert! Know our properties inside out – from floor plans to community amenities.
• Stay informed about major competitors’ offerings.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and eagerness to learn.
• Communication Skills: Whether it’s a friendly chat or a formal email, you excel at connecting with people.

• Access to a Car: Given the nature of the role, having access to a car is essential. You’ll need to travel between properties and assist with various tasks.
