Dispersa is a start-up specializing in the development of biosurfactants for use across various industries, as part of our greater mission to decarbonize the chemical industry. We’re looking for a Business Development Lead with experience in B2B customer relations & sales to help grow our business development.


  • Working with management to expand existing sales pipeline
  • Implement formal sales/business development structure via platforms such as CRM
  • Creating sales contracts, processes and guidelines 
  • Negotiating deal flows with customers
  • Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arranging meetings with potential clients and addressing clients’ objectives


We are looking for organised and adaptable individuals with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • MBA or BComm in Business or Management
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Experience in biotech industry business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Ability to manage and plan resources
  • Good Google Workspace skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience with CRM software would be an asset
  • Knowledge or formal education in science sector would be an asset
