Dig Insights is a tech-enabled insights company that helps global businesses stay ahead of the curve with smarter insights. We leverage powerful analytics and brand-new methodologies to help inform our client’s business goals. We’ve also built our very own software platform, Upsiide, which makes it simple for researchers to do rapid innovation testing.
Altogether, we’re a team of more than 250 people (and growing!) with offices in Toronto, Chicago, and London. Our success is due to our strong commitment to our clients, and the creativity and dedication of our entire team. Since the beginning, we have been focused on building the best consumer insights company and that means hiring people who are smart, creative, resourceful, and kind. People who succeed at Dig are curious, question established norms and are passionate about helping our clients to move their businesses forward.
Our Future Strategy & Innovation team helps leading organizations navigate the future. We combine market intelligence and cultural anthropology to uncover how society, consumers, and industries are evolving—and what that means for our clients’ businesses. We focus on the 3–5 year horizon, identifying emerging drivers of change and helping brands learn how to activate them for growth. If you want to join a team that takes themselves just seriously enough to produce great work, we’d love to welcome you.
