Project Manager – About this role

As a Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative market research projects by driving operational excellence and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will serve as the operational lead across programming, fieldwork, recruitment, and vendor coordination.


Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead project kickoffs and manage the full project lifecycle in ClickUp, ensuring timelines, milestones, and status updates are accurate and up to date.
  • Own operational execution across programming and fieldwork, including vendor coordination, questionnaire review, soft launch and full launch management, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, manage redirects, and set up or support DIY tools as needed to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Lead soft launch and full fieldwork execution, reviewing data and monitoring quotas, IR, LOI, pacing, and costs, and proactively addressing performance risks.
  • Manage qualitative recruitment and fieldwork logistics, including vendor communication, recruitment tracking, scheduling, participant communications, compliance documentation, and incentive fulfillment.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Data Processing, Advanced Analytics, Translators) to ensure timely delivery of materials, data files, and outputs.
  • Provide regular, concise project updates and recommendations to the Insights team, escalating risks when necessary.
  • Track budgets and billing, reconcile vendor costs, confirm PO usage, and maintain accurate project documentation, including key performance metrics.


Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Market Research (Project Management).
  • Degree, diploma, or post-secondary certificate.
  • Knowledge of redirects set up, Decipher and DIY sample providers is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage confidential information with discretion.
