Concretely, here is what you are going to do:

Content & communication (40%)

  • Plan, write, edit and publish daily content on LinkedIn (editorial calendar).
  • Participate in the creation of the agency's key content (case studies, video testimonials, white papers, etc.).
  • Manage the CTRL+Veille newsletter (writing, integration, sending and performance analysis).
  • Manage ad hoc communications (e.g. greetings, announcements, updates) intended for the database (BDD) and existing customers.
  • Support media relations management, primarily Le Grenier (sending articles, approving interviews).

Sales support (30%)

  • Maintain, update and monitor the template.
  • Assist in the creation and layout of tender documents.
  • Develop relevant and impactful content to promote the agency and support business development.

Internal support & practice development (25%)

  • Keep brand assets (templates, logos, images, videos) up to date and ensure their proper use.
  • Continuously train in our profession, sales and marketing at Dialekta
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of fundamental marketing department processes.

Events and partnerships (5%)

  • Coordinate the logistics and execution of agency events (webinars, conferences, galas, etc.).
  • Ensure optimal visibility for partners and sponsors.

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • Have relevant experience in the field, ideally in an agency.
  • Be proficient in graphic design and layout tools (Google Slides, Google Docs, Photoshop or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate team spirit, curiosity, rigour and creativity.


What you already have or are motivated to develop:

  • A good dose of resourcefulness.
  • The ability to keep your cool in busy situations.
  • Skills in photography, video and editing.
  • A very good level of English and French, and the ability to communicate easily with our English-speaking customers and partners.
