Our Zero Emissions Bus (ZEB) Consulting Services Project Coordinator will be supporting our project managers and research teams as they launch innovative designs within Canada’s low-carbon smart mobility ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Support Project Managers by ensuring that projects are scoped, executed and initiated on time through providing a high level of client satisfaction in line with our corporate values.
- Work with team members to ensure that project leads are identified and resource management sheets are created
- Ensure Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and Master Integrated Schedules for new projects are set up and operational and all that necessary documents are executed and filed
- Support clients by creating and maintaining governance registries and developing robust and ongoing positive relations with project partners and stakeholders
- Coordinating virtual meetings, managing invitations, creating agendas and minutes in line with writing expectations and document control
- Supporting the CUTRIC accounting team in preparing and issuing invoices for clients and tracking invoice payment
What you will bring:
● College diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent
● At least 8 years of full-time work experience in project coordination or project support roles
● Fluent English language skills required in written and spoken form
● Familiarity and comfort with Zoom and working in G-Suite
● Demonstration of a high-level of attention to detail and precision
● Demonstration of an ability to document project outcomes, trace deliverables and communicate with stakeholders effectively and consistently
● A high-degree of adaptability to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment. If you like everyday tasks to be the same then this role is not for you
Optimal:
● Fluency in French is considered a highly valuable asset
● Evidence of an ability to juggle several files at once in a highly organized and competent fashion.

*You can be located anywhere in Canada as long as you have continual or reasonably frequent access to high-fidelity internet as 100 percent of CUTRIC’s daily business activities are carried out digitally – including video-based digital meetings, which require high-fidelity Wi-Fi. Work will be carried out remotely omitting the possibility of bi-annual staff professional development retreats, which may require travel.
