Full-Time Position: Clinical Pharmacist, Health Plan Analytics
Reporting to: Manager, Plan Analytics
Position Requirement: Licensed Pharmacist
Location: Hybrid with remote option after probation period

Position Description
You will support Cubic’s work in the areas of Plan Performance & Plan Design Analytics, Population Health Analytics, and Predictive & Integrated Analytics that assist our clients in making decisions to ensure the sustainability of their benefits plans and the health of their plan member population.
Primary Accountabilities
- Assisting in the coordination and completion of analytics engagements for clients including but not limited to: Prescription Drug Plan Reviews, Plan Performance Reviews, Population Health analyses, Drug and Extended Health Care Claims Audits, Integrated Disability and Drug Claims analyses, and Plan Design Comparison analyses
- Leveraging prescription drug, paramedical and/or disability claims data, in combination with Cubic’s clinical and analytics infrastructure, to extract new, meaningful and actionable insights for plan sponsors
- Supporting the ongoing development and evolution of the Cubic analytics and clinical infrastructure that enables our unique capabilities and offerings
- Managing aspects of drug data that form part of the Cubic Health Canadian Drug Database (the “CHCDD”)
- Leverage your clinical knowledge and work closely with Cubic’s Information Systems team to help Canadian employers and plan sponsors make sense of their benefits plan experience
- Actively contributing to the development and testing of new products and services
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with problem solving capabilities
- Comfortable working with large data sets with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- High level of initiative to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and be flexible in a very active work environment
- Comprehensive skills in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
- Pharmacy degree (B.Sc.Pharm or PharmD)
- Registered Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in a community pharmacy setting
- Analytics experience an asset
- Third-party payer, or insurance industry experience an asset
