Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this position is primarily responsible to provide brand support to the assigned portfolio. This includes data collection, analytics into operations, management of data within the order and financial system, and other brand and administrative tasks as required. In time, you will have significant influence over one or more brands within the portfolio.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday and offers a competitive total reward package that includes a performance based annual bonus, and extended health benefits including a personal wellness allowance and paid time off on your birthday. We have a hybrid work policy, and you will need to work out of the North Vancouver office 2 to 3 days a week.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support and analysis with brand accounting
- Responsible for monthly brand sales performance reports including monthly brand review presentations.
- Responsible for brand forecasting and inventory management including order placements with different suppliers.
- Tracking within trade spend management, promotion, pricing, and product spec sheets communication to all key stakeholders.
- Consolidating Nielsen reports, along with key retailer POS, on a quarterly/yearly basis to understand market position for the brand.
- Develop direct relationships with the various internal, external teams i.e. Concord National LLP sales teams, logistics partners and brand owners.
- Lead different brand or marketing initiatives – including development and distribution of brand communication within Canada.
- Coordination of key activities related to new product launches (translation and regulatory adaptations etc.), samples management, distribution, and trade show executions.
- Provide general office administration support including reception coverage as required.
- These are representative duties and responsibilities which are not all encompassing and may change from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Post secondary education is an asset and/or equivalent experience in administrative marketing/communications
- At least 2 years’ direct experience providing brand administration/marketing support within the CPG environment with a clear understanding of the Canadian grocery landscape (retailers, distributors and supply chain)
- Strong administrative technical skills
- High proficiency level within Excel (vlookup, csv uploads, pivot tables, power queries, etc.) & PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn customized software e.g., NetSuite, GS1
- Solid relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
