Position Overview
The Corporate Sponsorship Executive will support the sponsorship department in developing, selling, and servicing corporate partnerships for Cosmos clients. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sponsorship sales, business development, and sports marketing while working directly with senior leadership.

- U SPORTS
- Milton Magic FC
- Hockey Equality
- Various festivals and live events across North America
You will play an active role in identifying potential sponsors, building prospect pipelines, assisting with proposals, and participating in meetings with brand partners across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sponsorship department in selling corporate partnerships for Cosmos clients
- Research and build prospect lists across industries such as automotive, financial services, restaurants, consumer brands, and sports betting
- Generate and manage prospect pipelines through outreach and relationship development
- Participate in virtual meetings and presentations with potential sponsors
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, decks, and marketing materials
- Support sponsorship activation and event execution for clients
- Maintain internal CRM systems and prospect databases
- Conduct market research on sponsorship opportunities, trends, and competitive properties
- Assist with large-scale events and client projects as required

What You Bring
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience in sales, sponsorship, marketing, or business development is considered an asset
