Cosmos Sports & Entertainment is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house team. In this role, you'll support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across a diverse portfolio of sports, entertainment, and community-focused properties including: Toronto Rush, Milton Magic FC, Caleb Campbell Racing, Rugby Canada, Scarborough Shooting Stars and more.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement, and looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, web content, paid advertising, and more.
  • Manage and schedule content calendars across various platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent, timely, and engaging.
  • Draft written content for social media, press releases, newsletters, website updates, and community announcements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales and sponsorship) to align marketing deliverables with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Support public relations initiatives and community engagement efforts, including partnerships, media outreach, and promotional events.
  • Help maintain and update websites using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Sport Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and basic web content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills are considered a strong asset.
