Job Description:
Cosmos Sports & Entertainment is seeking committed, energetic, and outgoing individuals with a passion for sales and a deep interest in the sports and entertainment industry. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving ticket sales and delivering excellent service for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute ticket sales campaigns for a wide range of sports and entertainment clients, including:
- Niagara IceDogs
- Curling Canada
- Rugby Canada
- Toronto Rush
- Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra
Engage in outbound cold calling, email marketing, and prospecting to generate leads.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective ticket buyers, including corporate and group sales clients.
Attend virtual meetings with potential buyers and support senior staff in closing complex sales.
Maintain internal CRM databases and communicate effectively with current and potential clients.
Research and identify new ticketing and sales opportunities for Cosmos.
Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or ticketing platforms is an asset but not required.
