We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to growing their professional career at Corwest while gaining valuable knowledge and experience through a variety of assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing and reviewing miscellaneous correspondence, reports, specifications, spreadsheets, and other documents, including background documents as required
  • Assist in all aspects of the tendering process
  • Prepares detailed firm, budget and unit price estimates for labour, materials, equipment, permits, etc.
  • Liaise with field staff to determine equipment productivities and construction
  • Develops tender submissions and respond to post-tender inquires
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supporting business development initiatives including proposal/bid submission documentation and maintain project list and contact list
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Various data entry tasks including schedule development and updates
  • Organizing and attending meetings; producing minutes as required.
  • Processing time cards and payroll data entry of Unionized Employees


  • Relevant post-secondary Diploma or Degree
  • Previous estimating experience is required, preferably in piping
  • Experience with construction/project administration
  • Proposal and contract coordination are a valuable asset
  • Advanced computer skills and must be fluent in Microsoft applications especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
