About You


You are someone seeking a collaborative team where you can grow and build your sales skills in the SaaS industry. You have excellent presentation and cold calling skills and are able to turn prospects into purchasing customers. You pay attention to detail, are organized, and can work with large volumes of sales calls.


About the Role


Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle within your assigned territory in the US, including prospecting by cold calling and providing software demos. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including monthly commissions and discretionary bonuses.


This role is fully remote anywhere in Canada, so you can choose where to work from!


Areas of Focus

● Prospecting in your assigned territory including cold calling, direct messaging on social platforms and sales emails

● Scheduling and conducting Discovery Calls to understand prospects’ pain points and fit

● Providing software demonstrations to prospective clients

● Managing the progress of a prospect through the sales cycle with the ultimate goal of turning a prospect into a client

● Handling high volumes of sales calls while quickly following up on qualified leads

● Maintaining a detail-oriented and organized approach with sales cycle management

● Achieving monthly quotas, and quarterly and annual sales targets


Skills and Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years of BDR/SDR and sales experience in the SaaS industry

● Excellent prospecting skills, including cold calling and conducting discovery calls

● Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and high volumes of leads in a an organized and timely manner

● Good presentation skills, including providing software demos to prospective clients

● Great verbal and written communication skills

● General experience with day to day softwares in sales industry (G-suite, CRM, etc)

● Strong willingness to learn from others, work closely with senior management, and grow oneself in sales within the SaaS industry

● Capacity to work in a team environment while also managing responsibilities independently

● General understanding of the SaaS industry and best practice sales strategies
