About the Role
A day in the life of a Customer Success Specialist at commonsku consists of supporting and problem solving our client base. Helping handle live chat requests through the platform or, emails in our ticketing system; or an impromptu support call. We love talking to our clients and giving them a hand. Not only does this role handle multiple channels, we also handle clients of varying sizes. One interaction can be with a brand new entrepreneur getting their business started and the next with a major industry player. This role is all about helping make our clients successful both on the platform and in their business. A client's success is our success!
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially when communicating with clients or customers via phone or email
- Unique problem solving skills. You are able to troubleshoot with our clients and provide them with the support they need to be successful
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
- You adapt to, learn, and use new technology easily
- You are constantly learning and are looking for a company to grow with
- You know where to find a good gif!
