Experience with SaaS would be great, but not required.


About the Role


Product Management is the glue between Development, Marketing, Sales and Success. The role combines strategy, design, leadership, and marketing.


Product management is the voice of the customer, bringing forward ideas as well as researching new features to ensure customer needs are being met. You are an advocate for where the product needs to be improved and ensure the right balance is found between driving innovation and continuing to delight customers. You ensure new features are communicated successfully, and customers understand why a new feature will benefit them, resulting in widespread adoption. They work cross functionally to help develop both marketing and education assets to support overall product use and adoption.


You report directly to the CEO, but also work very closely with the CTO. This role is remote and open to candidates across Canada.


Areas of Focus:

  • Helping define the product roadmap with the CEO and CTO
  • Being the voice of the customer by reviewing customer and prospect feedback, and speaking with customers of all sizes regularly
  • Conducting research for new feature designs with customers to ensure scope and feature set will meet the needs
  • Project managing new releases to ensure timelines are met and all assets needed are completed for a successful rollout
  • Working directly with Marketing to determine Product Marketing rollout for both launch and to drive ongoing adoption
  • Working directly with Success around rollout strategy, product education and ongoing adoption
  • Reviewing new features with Sales to determine how to incorporate into demos and sales resources
  • Owning and monitoring the success of features via adoption metrics

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and public speaking ability
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
