Our system focuses on empowering companies to streamline their workflow and grow their business to the next level. The commonsku team is made up of a tight knit crew who enjoy trading memes, gifs and jokes over Slack and the occasional laugh over a zoom call.
A day in the life of a Customer Success Specialist at commonsku consists of supporting and problem solving for our current and prospective clients on their technological journey. Helping handle live chat requests through the platform, emails in our ticketing system or an impromptu support call, we love talking to our clients and giving them a hand. Not only does this role handle multiple channels, we also handle clients of varying sizes. One interaction can be with a brand new entrepreneur getting their business started and the next with a major industry player. This role is all about helping make our clients successful both on the platform and in their business. A client's success is our success!
