We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will play a big role on our Social Media Strategy team. You have a passion for social media marketing, project management, and past experience managing teams. As the main point of contact, you will act as the connection between our clients to the agency. You’ll be joining a team of creative and collaborative deep thinkers, whose genuine curiosity and tenacity fuel creative strategy for our clients.



  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the client’s business goals and objectives
  • Ensure that Account Coordinators are executing the strategies and creative vision set out by the Director of Social
  • Foster client relationships over email, phone or face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and identifying new business opportunities
  • Responsible for a portfolio of multiple clients, offering the highest standard of client servicing
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media marketing trends and strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients on social media that align with the identified goals and KPIs.
  • Quality check monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reporting for accuracy.


  • Directing the onboarding of new Account Coordinators.
  • Oversee and manage performance of Account Coordinators.
  • Training existing team members on all current and future social media platforms based on best practices.
  • Provide support to Account Coordinators and their accounts including, but not limited to content calendars, feed designs, and copywriting across all social media platforms.
  • Coach direct reports on foundational skills, including clear communication, expectation setting, rapport building, active listening, and conflict de-escalation.
  • Act as a leader for social media marketing and creative ideation amongst the team
  • Provide senior management with reports on performance, team and project status
  • Monitor capacity of team members and adapt to change, with a close eye on risk assessment and mitigation
  • Oversee tracking of team hours through our Harvest platform


  • Ensure that social media deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
  • Set up internal creative briefs for designers to ensure social media deliverables meet the needs of the content and visual strategy.
  • Coordinate with other members of the delivery team to plan and balance resources for work in the production pipeline.
  • Monitor client retainer budgets and manage internal working team’s resourcing to stay on budget.
  • Track and report on internal budgets using agency tools to provide visibility on project costs to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on retainer budgets and facilitate planning to stay on budget or manage budget overages.
  • Log and report on client expenses and costs to be invoiced.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for social media clients when required.
  • Support Account Coordinators to manage client expectations on scope, timeline, and creative execution within budget.


  • 3+ years of account/project management experience at a digital agency
  • Knowledge and passion for social media marketing
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to independently manage multiple projects to a high standard, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present confidently to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency collaborating on project management platforms
