Through its three divisions, Concord National, Indigo Natural Products, and Stack Merchandising, we provide sales, retail coverage, import, distribution, and coast-to-coast merchandising services to support brands in major chains and independent stores nationwide.
We are currently seeking an experienced National Client Manager to join our Indigo Natural Products division in the GTA region. This is an important role with significant impact on the growth and success of leading natural brands in the Canadian market.
This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in our Mississauga office.
The base annual salary range for this role is: $100,000 to $120,000

The Opportunity
The National Client Manager will be responsible for leading the development of assigned natural brands within the Canadian market. Of critical importance is to develop strong working relationships with all key contacts: client and customer alike. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets within all assigned accounts and categories. Targets are to be achieved within the assigned budgeted spending guidelines.
Primary Duties:
- Build short term and long terms sales and marketing strategies for each assigned brand
- Establish and deliver annual sales targets ensuring growth and profitability of assigned brands
- Assist in the development of the brand franchise
- Assume appropriate leadership position in marketing efforts and logistics functions
- Active participation with the Sales Teams including participation in monthly sales calls
- Develop and present annual planning session for related and assigned accounts/brands
- Develop an understanding of the industry and transfer this knowledge to the management of accounts reporting on competitive and industry news
- Provide day to day direction to one indirect report
- Work weekends or overtime hours will be required, on occasion, during tradeshow season
- Be a Concord ambassador, who exemplifies our culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.
The Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in business/marketing/sales or related field is required
- 5+ years in sales or marketing in natural CPG is essential, ideally with some experience in the Food Broker sector.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Action-oriented

- Strong level of leadership & accountability is required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel & PowerPoint
