We are currently seeking a Retail Client Manager based in Mississauga to support client growth, translate retail needs into executable programs, and drive measurable results across our retail network.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Director, Stack Merchandising, the Retail Client Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of retail clients within Stack Merchandising, owning both performance and day-to-day client engagement. Acting as the key link between clients, internal teams, and field execution, you will translate client objectives into clear, actionable retail programs and ensure they are delivered effectively in market.
You will play an important role in building and adjusting retail plans, monitoring performance against revenue targets, and identifying opportunities to improve results. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships while coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives growth with existing clients & fosters new business opportunities within portfolio of assigned clients.
- Identifies, develops & executes key initiatives that deliver mutually beneficial results for STACK & clients.
- Partners with the Retail Operations & Reporting teams to develop action-oriented Retail strategies that deliver results.
- Assists in establishing internal processes to measure KPI performance.
- Outlines data reporting requirements, analyzes business results, & reports key insights to shape future strategy.
- Manages communication between clients & Retail teams.
- Monitors & communicates with key stakeholders any new product introductions, programming changes, training initiatives, & special needs from the client to the field team.
- Responds to & resolves issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance.
- Seeks out & shares best practices.
- Supports new business development & other duties as assigned.
- Represents Concord National LLP as an ambassador who exemplifies our culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, or a client-facing role within CPG, retail, or brokerage environments
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable business results
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and processes
- Experience in grocery, retail, or Walmart environments is an asset
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong relationship builder with a client-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating across teams
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
This hybrid role requires working at our Mississauga office two days per week, or more when business needs arise.
