Chronometriq was founded in 2012 by passionate co-founders with the mission to liberate people from the waiting room. We are at the forefront of an evolving industry that connects humans to healthcare, with a focus to improve clinic accessibility and empower patients.


We are becoming the preferred destination, enabling patients to access all of their appointment needs (dentists, physiotherapists, healthcare, etc). Our innovative software improves patient access, significantly reduces patient wait times and clinic costs, while increasing productivity for healthcare professionals.


To continue our accelerated growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to help and support our Executive Team, primarily the CEO. The position is based in Montreal.


Responsibilities

Providing organization and support to the Executive Team, including but not limited to the following:

  • Gatekeeping calls and emails from various contacts, and acting appropriately to address needs
  • Scheduling appointments and managing schedule
  • Coordinating any work travel required by the Executive Team
  • Preparing agendas and files prior to meetings, and tracking any post-meeting action items
  • Organizing company activities in collaboration with HR and other departments
  • Providing relevant internal communications to rest of company and Management Team
  • Representing the Chronometriq brand and being an ambassador for the Chronometriq expansion
  • A number of other tasks to help support the CEO and the Executive Team, as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent judgement, tact and professionalism
  • Available for occasional business trips (Canada and USA)
  • Curious and open to learning
  • Personable and team oriented
  • Positive attitude

Additional Assets

  • Good knowledge of Google Suite
  • At ease in a technology environment
  • Studies in administration, marketing, communication or other relevant field
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-starter and disciplined
  • Customer service experience
  • Desire to grow professionally and personally

Experience

  • At least 3 years in a related role and/or in a related field - It does not have to be in the exact same position, we are looking for someone with a tremendous amount of transferable skills and are open to different profiles.
