Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Works within pricing guidelines to ensure top line sales and GM targets are met

· Continued sales funnel development through a combination of cold calling and marketing campaigns

· Partners with marketing to develop campaigns with supporting collateral

· Works in partnership with the Client Care Team to respond to quote requests

· Diligently tracks all sales funnel activities through Salesforce & utilizes its features for greater effectiveness

· Acts as a subject matter expert on Small Business Solutions products and services

· Develops Annual Sales Plans with goals, metrics, and work plan by week, month, and quarter

· Attends all relevant industry tradeshows

· Uncovers, investigates and develops RFP’s for large scale projects and opportunities over a longer selling cycle

· Identifies new market opportunities and develops sales strategies to secure new business

Required Qualifications:

· Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related discipline

· Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset

· Ability to travel in the US and Canada in a post-pandemic world

· Proven experience in a related role with understanding of the full sales cycle

· Demonstrated success in growing sales with new and existing customers

· Experience selling to both public and private organizations

· Must be resilient! Not easily discouraged and able to maintain composure when the pressure is on

· Demonstrated ability to work opportunities from cold to close

· Proven “hunter” mindset with the ability to “farm” when necessary
