Role

As a QA Analyst - Client Delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of software solutions delivered to our clients and within our product.

This role is primarily focused on client delivery projects, while also contributing to internal product quality initiatives.

You will work closely with Developers, Tech Leads, and Project Managers to:

• Understand client and product requirements quickly and thoroughly
• Design and code structured test cases and execute functional testing
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, tickets, and team deliverables
• Maintain high QA standards across multiple concurrent projects

Key Responsibilities

Chrono Innovation is looking for a QA Analyst - Client Delivery to: 

• Analyze functional and business requirements to ensure clear understanding of client and product needs
• Translate requirements into structured,comprehensive and coded test cases
• Execute manual, functional, and exploratory testing on web-based or mobile applications
• Produce clear quality assessments, defect reports, and test summaries
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks early in the delivery process
• Participate in ticket refinement and structure definition to ensure clarity and testability
• Ensure QA processes and standards are consistently followed across projects
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Tech Leads, Project Managers and Client to maintain alignment
• Communicate effectively with clients when clarification or validation is required
• Manage QA activities across multiple concurrent projects, adapting priorities as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices within the delivery teams

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in software testing / QA
• Experience in web-based applications and agile environment
• Experience working on client-facing projects

We are looking for someone who:

• Is client-facing and bilingual (English, French)
• Quickly understands product requirements and is able to go beyond surface-level specifications
• Can write / code structured test cases, execute tests, and produce clear quality assessments
• Has a solid understanding of web application architecture and digital solutions
• Actively participates in ticket structure definition and refinement
• Ensures QA processes are followed consistently across teams
• Is comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel and can efficiently context switch
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and structured communication
• Raises flags early and proactively

Technical Environment (Context)

You will work in teams building solutions using:

• TypeScript / Node
• .NET
• React / Vue
• REST APIs
• MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• AI: Claude Code / Claude /Chatgpt

You should be comfortable understanding these environments at a functional level.
