Role

We are looking for a bilingual (FR/EN) Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex, high-impact projects for our external clients. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with another Project Manager, both reporting to the Client Service Director. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This role requires someone with strong leadership and senior-level project management experience to drive results and foster a collaborative environment within the team and clients. The Senior Project Manager is a client-facing role that requires to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, build trust and deliver exceptional experience.

Chrono Innovation is looking for a Project Manager to: 

• Lead complex, high-visibility client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Establish a roadmap, track it and deliver milestones on time assisted by tech leads.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, service delivery teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with strategic business objectives.
• Work alongside another Project Manager to ensure seamless coordination and knowledge sharing across multiple client projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and the tech lead.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and report on cost variances.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to build project management expertise across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with a strong track record of successfully delivering SaaS products, from inception to deployment, while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and financial reporting.
• Bilingual (French/English) with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
