Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Director who is a strategic and operational leader, responsible for designing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance the visibility of Chrono Innovation, and maximize revenue generation. This role requires proficiency in modern marketing techniques, a data-driven approach, and the ability to manage and inspire a dedicated team.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing and sales objectives with the strategic priorities of Chrono Innovation, while contributing to shaping the customer experience and brand image of ChronoPlatform.
As the Senior Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
Global Marketing Strategy- Developing an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Chrono Innovation’s business goals and mission.
- Identifying and prioritizing market opportunities to position ChronoPlatform as a leading solution in the tech sector.
- Overseeing brand strategy and ensuring message consistency across all communication channels (digital, public relations, events).
- Planning, executing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
- Implementing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborating with product and R&D teams to develop marketing messages that highlight the unique features and benefits of ChronoPlatform.
- Strengthening the relationship between marketing and client services to enhance the user experience and improve customer retention.
- Building and leading a high-performing marketing team by ensuring effective recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Inspiring the team to exceed goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Overseeing the management of the marketing budget and ensuring its optimal use to maximize results.
Team Structure and Collaboration
- Reporting Line : This position reports directly to the Executive Management and involves close collaboration with the Product Division, as well as the Leadership and Sales Division.
- Supervises : External marketing team, including digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
Key Requirements
- You bring 7+ years of experience in digital marketing management, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- You have a proven track record in SEO, SEM, marketing automation, content marketing, and executing successful paid campaigns.
- You excel in data-driven decision-making, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data using tools like Google Analytics.
- You are a creative thinker with expertise in brand development and storytelling, capable of crafting engaging and impactful content.
- You have experience in budget planning, allocation, and ensuring optimal return on investment across various marketing initiatives.
- You’re a natural leader, skilled in mentoring multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You bring expertise in B2B marketing strategies, specifically in tech-driven solutions.
- You’re bilingual, proficient in both English and French, and can communicate effectively in both languages.
- Brought a company to 1M ARR in SAAS licences
