Role

We are looking for a bilingual (FR/EN) Product Manager to oversee the development and growth of our different partners projects and our internal platform Chrono Platform. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the needs of our users and partners, are competitive in the market, and achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with our engineering team, designers, and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution.

Chrono Innovation is looking for a Product Manager to: 

• Establish a roadmap, track it and deliver milestones on time assisted by tech leads.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and products on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Track and report on key product metrics, such as user engagement and revenue growth, and use data to inform product decisions
• Manage product releases and coordinate with other departments to ensure successful product launches
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to the product roadmap
• Create and clearly communicate Product Backlog items
• Order Product Backlog Items
• Clearly communicate and report project progress status to stakeholders
• Track and manage risks
• Assist in functional testing of product(s) to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been met and optimized
• Support product launch processes, define and manage deliverables and communicate with key stakeholders and users through various channels and presentations
• Effectively support delivery by adopting and continuously improving Agile practices and iterating the team process to adapt to changing organizational context and technology landscape

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or product management in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of project or product management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Asana
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
