The Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to play a critical role in ensuring our fabrication operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is your opportunity to take ownership of quality processes in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment where your expertise will directly impact project success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and champion quality standards across fabrication projects
  • Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ASME, CSA, and API codes
  • Oversee project quality from kick-off through completion, including turnover documentation
  • Monitor and verify completion of punch lists, deficiencies, and RFIs
  • Perform daily shop inspections to ensure adherence to standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with clients, inspectors, and project teams to maintain quality alignment

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in an ASME fabrication shop or similar environment
  • Certified Level 2 Welding Inspector (CSA W178.2) with ASME B31.3 endorsement
  • Strong knowledge of codes such as ASME B31.3, VIII, IX, CSA Z662, API 650
  • Experience inspecting piping, pressure vessels, and structural components
  • Ability to develop quality documentation and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
