About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Equipment Project Coordinator to support our construction operations in North Vancouver. This role is essential to the success of our projects—ensuring that our construction equipment is safe, available, and properly coordinated across multiple project sites.

As the Equipment Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Equipment Manager, field teams, and project leadership to maintain equipment records, manage logistics, and support operational planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of piling equipment and ensure all units are in safe, reliable working condition.
  • Coordinate equipment logistics, including transportation, procurement, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify issues and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to develop equipment usage plans and optimize utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and company policies related to equipment management.
  • Assist with preparing project documentation, including reports, equipment logs, and records.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and practices to enhance equipment efficiency and track performance across units and projects.

Education & Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline;
    OR a technical diploma certificate with relevant experience.

Technical Requirements

  • Understanding of construction equipment, mechanical systems, and machinery; experience with marine or piling equipment is considered an asset.
  • Ability to conduct basic technical assessments of equipment condition and performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with equipment tracking systems, maintenance software, or ERP tools is an advantage.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
