Your Role & Impact

As Project Director, you will:

  • Lead Projects from planning and procurement to execution and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals.
  • Mentor Teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage Stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community partners.
  • Manage Budgets and financial reporting with precision and transparency.
  • Oversee Contracts & Risks to ensure compliance and mitigate challenges.
  • Apply Technical Expertise in marine construction (pile driving, crane ops, barge logistics, deep foundations).
  • Drive Strategic Growth by contributing to business development and market expansion.

What You Bring

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
  • ๐Ÿ—๏ธ 10 years of progressive experience in marine or heavy civil construction
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Registered or eligible for P.Eng., EIT, or AScT in BC
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), contract documentation, and financial controls
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Proven leadership and communication skills
  • ๐Ÿš— Valid driverโ€™s license and Microsoft Office proficiency
