Liberty Staffing Services Inc. is hiring for our growing, busy office in Kitchener Ontario! Join our team as the Branch Manager.


In this vital role, you are driven to provide exceptional customer service, motivate and inspire your team, and build strong client relationships in the surrounding community. We are seeking a leader who is skilled in full cycle recruitment and motivated to meet or exceed expectations in the placement of individuals looking for that perfect job in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.


You’ll be joining a supportive, high energy management team in a role that fosters open communication, and positive team growth and development that aligns with adherence to policies, procedures, and established targets.


This is a fast paced, busy office. Decisive leadership with attention to detail and excellent time management skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

You and your team will be responsible for developing trusting professional relationships with and acting as the liaison between job seekers and clients.


Key Duties Will Include:

  • Hire, direct, train and manage the team within the Branch
  • Building client relationships to grow business, including service calling and inside sales
  • Manage and prioritize client requirements, while offering a high level of service and exceeding client expectations
  • Source applicants utilizing various marketing mediums
  • Screen, interview, and assess each candidate that registers with Liberty Staffing Services to match their skills with our clients’ requirements and corporate culture
  • Fulfill client orders with committed workers that are best-qualified for the particular positions
  • Assist with Collections on client accounts
  • Managing business expenses


Qualifications:

  • 5 + years in business or retail management experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team and meet sales targets
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Able to multitask, manage a team of 5, compile weekly sales reports
  • Achieve weekly placement targets
