This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Key Actions


ONBOARDING & DISCOVERY

  • Partner with clients across a variety of industries to define objectives and establish a structured plan for inbound and outbound marketing automation services
  • Lead client kick-off calls and follow department onboarding processes and questionnaires to ensure accurate discovery and successful implementation
  • Audit existing CRM environments and data quality where applicable
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data governance standards when handling client data
  • Align expectations, timelines, and success metrics prior to blueprint development


STRATEGY & CRM BLUEPRINT DESIGN

  • Design and document the CRM blueprint, including:
  • Customer and prospect journey mapping
  • Communication cadence
  • Lead lifecycle stages
  • Lead scoring models
  • Handoff processes between marketing and sales
  • Present CRM blueprints and automation strategies to clients, incorporating feedback, revisions, and approvals
  • Define reporting framework and KPIs aligned to client business goals


BUILD & IMPLEMENTATION

  • Configure and maintain marketing and sales automation systems, including:
  • Dashboard reporting
  • Custom data properties and form fields
  • Database hygiene and clean-up
  • Tracking infrastructure
  • Deployment of marketing and sales enablement programs
  • HubSpot workflows and LinkedIn Rapid Connect sequences
  • Build and execute automation workflows, email sequences, and nurture programs aligned to client objectives
  • Create and manage segmentation lists using buyer personas, lifecycle stages, behavioural data, and campaign engagement
  • Develop email and landing page templates and activate marketing automation modules to maximize platform utilization and ROI


MEASUREMENT & OPTIMIZATION (ONGOING)

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights, including:
    • Lead and revenue attribution
    • Campaign engagement
    • Pipeline influence
    • Conversion rates
    • Workflow effectiveness
    • Track and analyze leads and revenue across marketing channels
    • Continuously optimize automation workflows and communication sequences to improve digital transformation and business growth outcomes
    • Collaborate with the Campaigns Team to support ads analysis and integration with automation strategies when required
    • Prepare and present monthly client reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps


GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS

  • Maintain compliance with applicable legislation and best practices (e.g., CASL, PIPEDA, GDPR, where applicable)
  • Stay current with industry trends, HubSpot functionality, LinkedIn automation capabilities, and CRM best practices
  • Maintain accurate time tracking in Forecast and project updates in Monday.com in accordance with department processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp and email automation/CRM tools
  • Relevant platform certification
  • Management skills
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, outbound marketing, landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Experience in design and image creation
  • Easily learn new software (reporting, tracking etc)
  • Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment
