We are looking for an experienced, creative, and skilled Paid Search $ Social Campaign Manager - a PPC Expert, someone with a passion and talent for marketing to join our dynamic team.


As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and development of successful campaign marketing strategies for clients from a variety of different industries.

Responsibilities

  • Create digital marketing strategies to convert visitors into leads/customers (conversion optimization)
  • Deliver account management for companies that range from a variety of different industries
  • Create and manage Social Media Campaigns, developing ad copy and designing visuals for platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn etc
  • Launch Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video Campaigns)
  • Analyze data available through Google Analytics and provide recommendations to improve results and implementing agreed upon strategy
  • Apply integrated marketing communications across multiple channels
  • Work directly with Video/Photography/Content departments
  • Manage and provide monthly reports to clients
  • Stay up to date with new strategies and case studies
  • Support the sales team with forecasting projections for prospective clients

Requirements for the role

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in executing and managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Minimum 2+ years strategizing optimal PPC Strategies
  • Google Ad / Google Analytics certified
  • Advanced experience in sponsored ads and paid digital advertising management (Google/Facebook/Instagram)
  • Experience with tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Keyword Planner and LinkedIn Business Manager
  • A strong understanding and experience in digital ads best practices, industry standards and how to set KPIs to reach client goals
  • Be skilled at campaign strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Demonstrate a willingness to support the team and grow through feedback and process improvements
  • Experience with campaign strategy from ideation to execution
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Experience in design and image creation (Figma or Adobe Products)
  • Easily learn new software (reporting, tracking etc)
  • Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment
  • Passionate about marketing and the end-user
