Bins 4 Shredding is looking to fill the position of Modifications / Pick Pack Associate in our Warehousing Department.

Under the direction of the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, the Modifications / Pick Pack Associate will be responsible for building/assembling products, picking/packing orders, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.


Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

 

Production & Modifications:

· Assemble and modify products according to company specifications

· Ensure all work meets quality standards and approved designs

· Identify and help resolve production issues or delays

 

Quality Assurance & Inventory Management:

· Inspect incoming products to ensure supplier quality standards are met

· Maintain accurate inventory of tools, materials, and components

· Ensure tools and equipment are safe, functional, and well maintained

· Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows

 

Warehouse Operations:

 · Pick, pack, ship, and receive products as required

· Safely load and unload materials using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

 

Health & Safety:

· Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

· Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment.


 Administrative & Reporting:

· Track production output and ensure lead-times on the production calendar are achieved.

· Maintain accurate records of daily operations and maintenance.


Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment

· Comfortable using power tools and warehouse equipment (forklift experience is an asset)

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

· Solid understanding of workplace safety practices

· Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

· Flexibility to work extended hours when required


Work Environment:

· Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting

· Exposure to noise, power tools, and varying temperatures

· Must be comfortable in a hands-on, physically demanding environment

· 40 hours/week | Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

· Overtime as required
