Modifications / Warehouse Associate – Assembler / Pick Pack

Reports To: Operations Manager


Job Purpose:
A Modifications Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate building or modifying wood and plastic collection containers.


Job Detail:

  • $19.05/hr
  • 40 hours per week Mon – Thurs 7am – 5:30pm (4 x 10hrs)
  • Permanent - fulltime

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Product Assembly
  • Comfortable using hand/power tools.
  • Assist with lifting and moving product on the production floor and moving inventory to various locations using a pallet jack.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and keep walkways free from obstructions etc.
  • Working independently or as a team on an order-by-order basis with repetitive tasks. Work can be physically demanding at times.
  • Attentiveness, spotting and reporting quality issues to supervisor.
  • Work safely utilizing proper procedure and PPE.
  • General maintenance & other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to share workspace, communicate and work well in a team environment to reach production goals.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Positive Attitude and Team Player.
