Burdock is a Brewery and Restaurant located at Bloor and Dufferin, now in its 6th year of operation. We are a small team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to providing great service and making really good beer.

AGM Position Details:

We are hiring an AGM for our Restaurant. The ideal candidate has significant hospitality industry experience and is committed to maintaining an environment of generosity and service excellence for our guests and our staff. This person will be the main point of contact for the restaurant working alongside our General Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring high service standards, lead for day to day services, training new staff and some administrative work. If you are passionate about hospitality and want to work in a space committed to providing a better balance for restaurant industry professionals then this may be the role for you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
