Director of Finance and Administration

Role Summary

We are looking for a capable and experienced professional to spearhead our financial operations and administration. This person would be responsible for overseeing all financial activities from routine paycycles and management reporting to financial statement preparation and analysis. They would implement and maintain financial processes and procedures working on site with our team. Between our brewery locations, restaurant, event space, and new logistics business, this person will manage many moving parts and collaborate with a number of diverse teams.

Requirements

  • CPA or masters level education in business / finance preferred
  • 5 years work experience. 2+ at a major accounting firm or in a similar capacity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams and settings
  • Experience in food & beverage is a bonus but not required

  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Cash flow management
  • Systems design and implementation
  • Internal financial processes and procedures
  • AP/AR and Payroll
  • Other responsibilities as appropriate
